An item I want to order says “Pre-Order Today” in the Availability, what does pre-order mean?

Frances Renee´ Inc. items are known to sell out very quickly and so we typically offer the new collections a few weeks prior to when they ship. When you pre-order your item you guarantee you get that item before it sells out! Often items sell out on pre-order even before we get the stock in. You are always encouraged to order styles you love as soon as you see them. You will be charged at the time you place your order.

 

I am not sure about my size for your garments. How can I find this information?

Our size chart is located on each product page and under Customer Service, you’ll find Sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Care department at info@frcollections.com.

 

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?

You can call our Customer Service at 678-401-7793USA, or email us at info@frcollections.com  to double check that this garment is out of stock. Please note that Frances Renee´ items sell out quickly so your best bet is to order your favorite pieces when you see them!

 

How do I know Frances Renee´ received my order?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you have not received your confirmation, feel free to call us at 678-401-7793. You can also always email us at info@frcollections.com.

 

What sales tax will I be charged for my online purchase?

Sales Tax will be charged on every order except during NO TAX SALES or for STATES with no TAX.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Note: All pre orders are charged at time of purchase as well.

 

My order won’t go through, what should I do?

First go back and check that all fields in your checkout process are completed in its entirety. If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, you can call Frances Renee´ Inc. Customer Service directly at 678-401-7793 USA, and we’d be happy to help you!

 

After entering my billing and shipping address, I received an error! What’s going on?

When ordering on frcollections.com, you need to fill in all fields in its entirety. If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly with what your bank has on file. Also the billing phone number should be what the bank has on file. If you are still getting the error message, please contact Frances Renee´ Customer Service at 678-401-7793 USA, and we’d be happy to help you!

 

I need to make a change to my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change, please contact Frances Renee´ Inc. Customer Service immediately at 678-401-7793 USA. Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

I just placed my order but I need to add another item to it, how can I do that?

We want you to have as many awesome Frances Renee´ items as you like but the best thing for you to do is place a new order for the item and contact Frances Renee´ Inc. Customer Service. If you are shipping to the same shipping address and place your second order on the same day as your first order, we will gladly waive shipping on the second order.

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a USPS OR UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We currently offer 3 shipping methods via UPS and USPS:

Priority Mail - USPS Delivery 3-6 business days from date of order

2 Day - 2 business days from date of order

Overnight - 1 business day from date of order

NOTE: When placing an order for overnight delivery on a Friday after 12pm EST note that your package will not be shipped until the following business day.

 

I should have received my package by now. What should I do?

Check your order confirmation to make sure you didn’t order an item on pre-order that is shipping at a future date. After checking your ship date, if your order still hasn’t arrived, call our customer care at 678-401-7793 or email us at info@frcollections.com. We will be more than happy to help you track your package.

 

How do I exchange or return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. We offer Free Exchanges and Easy Returns. Exchanges are eligible for free ground shipping to USA addresses! Click here for Exchange/Return Instructions.

 

How do I return/exchange an item if I've lost my invoice/packing slip/return form?

Click here for Exchange/Return Instructions. Be sure to include your full name legibly on your exchange/return and we should be able to find your order.

 

How long does it take to process my return back into my account?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 12 - 14 business days.

 

I’m returning a gift, what information do you need on the return form?

Include the purchaser's name and address along with your return. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or receive a refund.

 

Can I return or exchange items that are purchased on sale?

All Frances Renee´ Inc. items purchased on CLEARANCE are final sale, exchange only. Your sale items can be exchanged for a same price item, return for store credit, or regular priced item and you will be charged the difference.

 

I have a store credit, how do I use it?

All Frances Renee´ Inc. store credits are valid for one year from the date issued. Once you have been given a Frances Renee´ Inc. Store credit, you were also given a code. Make your normal purchase as usual on www.frcollections.com. Before you proceed to checkout, enter your promotional code that you received with your store credit. The code value will automatically deduct from your payment.

 

I am an international customer and when I received my product I had to pay extra money. What’s up with that?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Frances Renee´ Inc. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Frances Renee´ Inc. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

Do you have a catalog?

At this time we do not offer catalogs. Our website has our full collection. To get updates on new products, be sure to sign up for our email list at the bottom of this page.

 

I have an idea for a dress I want made, does Frances Renee´ do custom garments?

Frances Renee’ Inc. will provide custom garment design and construction for a customer/client.  Security deposit of half the total cost of the order will be due before start of garment construction and after sketch and fabric selection consultation.

 

I want to model for Frances Renee´! How do I do that?

We accept model submissions through email or mail. We typically work with agencies for models for new campaigns. Occasionally we will post on our Facebook fan page if we are looking for customer models for events/projects. You should definitely like our fan page (at the bottom of this page) to be notified of model castings.
