All orders received by 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Frances Renee´ does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Frances Renee´ is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

Refused Packages

If you refuse a shipment from Frances Renee´, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Frances Renee´. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
