Delivery Times

 

When estimating when your Frances Renee´ merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

1) Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing.

2) We highly recommend that you use the billing address that your issuing bank has on file for the billing and shipping address of your order. Orders with a Bill To Address and Ship To Address that are not the same WILL delay their orders as we will verify the customers information prior to shipping.

3) All Frances Renee´ Orders received by 12:00pm EST will be shipped the same day (M-F). Orders received after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

4) 2-day and Overnight shipping are NOT available for Saturday. If you need your package in your hands before Saturday, 2-day shipping orders must be in by Wednesday 12pm EST for Friday delivery. Overnight orders must be in by Thursday 12pm EST for Friday delivery.

5) There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
